Description

IQN Pack – Club 031 is a set of 5 diamond bits (237.524.031) with standard grit (skill level 1.5/5, blue band), intended for precise cuticle care and manicure and podiatry treatments. The club shape allows for slightly greater intervention, so the bits work perfectly for lifting and removing cuticles, grinding the natural nail plate, smoothing the nail edge, and cleaning the underside of the free edge. The bits are intended for use dry and with water cooling, ensuring comfort and versatility of application.

The bit also works well for removing lifted fragments of gel and acrylic, smoothing and treating calluses on the nail folds, as well as removing hardened skin, corns, calluses, and hard corns. The bits can be sterilized in an autoclave, which allows you to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
