IQN Package – Truncated cone 023 is a set of 5 diamond bits (173.524.023) with standard grit (skill level 2/5, blue band), designed for precise cuticle work and natural nail plate care. The truncated cone shape provides excellent control during work, making the bit ideal for pushing back and lifting cuticles, removing epidermis, and preparing the nail plate for subsequent stages of nail design. It is a versatile tool that works perfectly when performing manicure with the “under cuticles” effect.

The bit also finds use in cleaning the underside of the free nail edge and the area around nail folds, matting the natural nail plate, and smoothing the step between the natural nail plate and the built-up design. Thanks to its construction, it can successfully replace a pusher, streamlining and speeding up the nail technician's daily work.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
