Description

Set of 5 diamond bits with gold coating – truncated cone 040 is a set of professional diamond bits (172.524.040) with a blue band and standard grit, designed for the first stage of cuticle treatment. The Gold ZRN coating increases the durability of the tools, reduces the overheating effect during use and ensures greater resistance to disinfection and sterilization processes, guaranteeing comfortable and precise work.

The bits work excellently for pushing back and retracting cuticles, removing epidermis and preparing the natural nail plate for styling. The truncated cone shape also makes it easy to matt the nail plate, smooth the step between the natural nail and the built-up styling, and correct gel during a refill. Thanks to its design, the bit can successfully replace a traditional pusher.

Yes, all IQNails bits can be sterilized in an autoclave.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
