IQN Package – Truncated cone ZRN 025 is a set of 5 diamond bits (172.524.025 ZRN) with standard grit and ZRN coating (skill level 2/5, blue band), designed for precise cuticle work and preparation of the nail plate for nail designs. The truncated cone shape provides excellent control during work, making the bit ideal for cleaning the nail plate, pushing back and lifting cuticles, preliminary removal of epidermis, correcting gel during fill-ins, matting the natural nail plate, and smoothing the step between the natural nail and the built-up design. Thanks to its construction, it can also successfully replace a pusher. The bits are designed for work dry and with water cooling.

ZRN coating extends the lifespan of the bits, reduces the overheating effect during work, and improves biocompatibility with the treated skin and nail plate, ensuring even greater comfort and durability during daily use. It is an excellent choice for nail technicians who expect precision, safety, and reliability at every stage of manicure.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
