Description

Podiatry finisher DLC-292F HP.023 is a professional bit made entirely from sintered carbide, created for precise and safe podiatry work. Fine spiral cuts and their special angle enable effective removal of podiatric and dental composite, as well as accurate treatment of the material and pathological changes within the nail plate. The correct geometry of the cuts ensures even work, high precision and an aesthetic finish on the treated surface.

The bit has been coated with a durable DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coating, which increases resistance to abrasion and corrosion, extends the tool's lifespan and reduces the overheating effect when working at high speeds. Thanks to its high biocompatibility and excellent working properties it is suitable for treating podiatric materials, removing composites and precise work on the nail plate. Diameter 2.3 mm, working part 14 mm and gentle grit make it a versatile tool for specialists' daily work.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
