Description

IQN Pack – Ball 025 is a set of 5 diamond bits (V104.001.514.025) with gentle grit (skill level 1/5, red band), intended for precise cuticle care and manicure and podiatry treatments. The ball shape provides exceptional control during work, so the bit works perfectly for gentle removal of dead epidermis, deposits, and cuticles at the lateral nail fold and the nail rim. It can be used dry and with water cooling, ensuring comfortable and safe work.

The bit also works well for grinding the natural nail plate, smoothing the nail edge, cleaning the free part of the plate from the underside, removing lifted fragments of gel and acrylic, smoothing and removing calluses on the nail folds, as well as treating corns, calluses, hard corns, and reducing fissures and cracks. It is very important not to touch the surface of the nail plate while working with the ball, as this may cause unwanted depressions and grooves. The bits can be sterilized in an autoclave.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
