IQN Pack – Long flame 021 is a set of 5 diamond bits (243R.514.021) with gentle grit (skill level 2/5, red band), intended for precise treatment of cuticles, the natural nail plate, and podiatry treatments. The long flame shape provides excellent control during work, so the bits are ideal for gently pushing back and treating cuticles, matting the natural nail plate, grinding its surface, smoothing the nail edge, and cleaning the free edge from the underside. They are also essential in the "painting under the cuticles" technique and for thoroughly cleaning the "pocket". The bits are intended for use dry and with water cooling.

Thanks to their versatility, the bits also work well for smoothing and removing calluses on the nail folds, treating hardened skin, corns, calluses, and hard corns, as well as reducing fissures and cracks, which is why they can be successfully used in both nail styling and podiatry. The bits can be sterilized in an autoclave, which allows you to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
