The set includes an innovative 4-in-1 bit and carefully selected diamond and sintered carbide bits that enable cleaning of the nail folds, the space beneath the nail plate, removing calluses, treating reconstructions and precise work in hard-to-reach areas. It is a comprehensive solution ensuring full control, precision and comfort during podiatry treatments.

All bits have been coated with a durable DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coating, which increases resistance to abrasion, corrosion and disinfection and sterilization processes, while reducing the overheating effect during work. Yes, all IQNails bits can be sterilized in an autoclave.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
