IQN Package – Ball 023 is a set of 5 diamond bits (001.524.023) with standard grit (skill level 1/5, blue band), designed for precise cuticle work and nail fold care. The ball shape provides excellent control during work, making the bit ideal for gentle removal of dead epidermis, deposits, and cuticles at the side nail fold and nail fold edge. It is a versatile tool that works perfectly during combined manicure and precise finishing of nail designs.

The bit also finds use in cleaning nail folds and the free edge of the nail from deposits and cuticles, processing gel and acrylic near nail folds, French fill-ins, and gentle treatment of skin and natural nails. Thanks to its versatility, it allows achieving aesthetically perfect cuticles and preparing nails for subsequent stages of nail design.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
