Set of 6 bits for fast nail design removal is a professional kit with a skill level of 2/5, created for nail technicians who value fast, precise, and comfortable work. The set combines sintered carbide bits for instant removal of old nail designs with diamond bits designed for comprehensive cuticle work. It works excellently for removing hybrid gel polish, gel, acrylic, and titanium manicure, as well as pushing back and processing cuticles, cleaning nails from underneath, removing membrane at the nail fold, and precise manicure finishing.

The set includes two sintered carbide bits with ZRN coating — one designed for fast removal of titanium manicure thanks to exceptionally sharp cuts, and another with a safely rounded top for precise work near cuticles. The set is complemented by diamond bits: a cone for working even the most demanding cuticles, a long flame for deep lifting of cuticles and cleaning nails from underneath, a small flame indispensable when performing manicure using the “under cuticles” method, and a ball for quick and safe cuticle removal without nippers. ZRN coating increases bit durability, reduces the overheating effect during work, and improves biocompatibility, ensuring even greater comfort and safety during daily use.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
