Sintered carbide bit – cylinder (113.190.050) is a bit made of sintered carbide with standard cuts (skill level 4/5, blue band), which works perfectly in both cosmetology and podiatry. Its cylindrical shape is ideal for efficient removal of hybrid gel polish, gel, and acrylic, creating a structured French manicure, shaping the perfect nail form, as well as treating periungual corns, thick skin around the nail fold, and nails with fungal infections. The bit is designed for use dry and with water cooling, ensuring comfort and high efficiency during treatments.

Remember that every tool used for manicure or podiatry treatments must be thoroughly cleaned and sterilized before first use and before each subsequent use.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
